LRTimelapse 7.0 beta 7 - Export allways in source resolution?! - AlSo - 2024-06-09

Hi Gunther,

I was wondering why the export process takes so much time.
LRT exports edited images always in the source resolution.
In my case 8192x5461 (Canon R5).
I thought it would be exported directly to the target resolution (UHD/4K/ FHD...).
Is this normal? I dont have any old sequences from older LRT-versions to compare with.

Second problem:
LRT stops exporting images no matter which exportsettings i choose before.
I got a sequence with around 960 images. Sometimes it stops around 500, sometimes at 800.
I tested it few times.

Hi,
1) no, the idea is to export the intermediaries in high resolution so that you are not restricted when it comes to rerendering from the intermediares in different resolutions later.
If you want smaller files, use the Lightroom Export, there you can set the export resolution to 4K.

2.) Try lowering the number of parallel export processes in Settings / Expert Settings. Reduce by 2, see if that helps, if not reduce by another 2.
If the problem persists, send me the log file (info menu/show log).
