HELP! Client deadline! LRT started rotating images during import - images@jerryandlois.com - 2024-10-17

Hello and HELP please!

I have a folder with images that are all identical, portrait/vertical, exactly perfect.

Last night, imported a set of files, these remained all portrait/vertical, true to the original source files. LRT imported correctly, exported a great video.

Not sure what changed, but now, import is rotating these 90 degrees and making the images and video landscape/horizontal. This is screwing things up. Badly.

I need to correct this ASAP, so that importing and exporting stay true to the original files' aspect ratio.

NOTE the difference between the correct camera view (upper left), and the import view.

Thanks,
Jerry
