Very, very nice shoots and location.
For such slow pan/zooms I would recommend making them in the video-editor in postprocessing (export the clips with the 3K template to have "room").
Video-Editors work with fractions of pixels when panning/zooming, Lightroom unfortunately always round to whole pixels, resulting in not so steady results.
But anyway, great work!
