DslrDashboard : the program but it does not recognize the camera - aizen - 2015-02-09
I have a new Canon 7D II. I purchased the app in the App Store I connect with the TP-LINK USB cable after I installed the new firmware, I run the program but it does not recognize the camera. I press the button it says Cannon, and I get a message that says not to recognize the camera.
Router were lit in green showing the camera is connected.

You have to press the Wifi-Button, not the Canon button - Canon button is for internal Wifi only (Canon 6D for example).
