Camera records 2 shots during timelapse - kayej22 - 2015-05-21

Hey Guys,

When I've been filming timelapses on my 5DM3 the camera is taking 2 pictures instead of 1... I'm trying to capture architecture with clouds behind it. I've been trying a 3 sec interval and I'm not sure if it's a setting on my camera or my intervalometer or just my inexperience filming timelapse that's causing this issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks,

Joel

Try setting camera to "single shot" (not continuous) - otherwise some intervalometers might trigger the camera for too long causing two exposures.
