Mostly it's the Motion Blur Plus that might introduce small changes in contrast and coloring, turn that off first.
Second video has other color spaces then photo, so that the normal Adobe and sRGB color spaces do not apply.

In Video the YUV color space will be used, with different color samplings (420, 422, 444) that you can choose depending on the video format (MP4/Prores/H.265).
