Newly Purchased LRTL- Questions on 5D MIII Basic Settings and Forum Use - LotusEarth - 2015-09-12 Hello! I just purchased LRTL4... Shot some test images on RAW, about 700 images... Rendering process was fairly fast, but mixing in Premiere Pro CC is extremely slow. The clips are 5 gigs plus for about 15 seconds or so. Thinking I am shooting at too high of a resolution or my export settings are too high? My system is a brand new iMac i7 with 32GB Ram 1TB SSD. So, yes I have a very fast mac. Just looking around the forum for basic camera settings, but doing a simple search on "megapixels" seems to yield no posts? Can anyone send me a couple good links to basic camera tips for time-lapse? I am using a 70D and 5D M3. Thanks! Thomas RE: Newly Purchased LRTL- Questions on 5D MIII Basic Settings and Forum Use - Gunther - 2015-09-13 I'd render in 4K, not more - otherwise you will get trouble when cutting in Premiere. Normally there is not much sense in using higher resolutions. Check out my EBook for the time lapse basics. http://lrtimelapse.com/shop/ebook I'm going to release an upgrade that includes LRT4 soon, all buyers will get it for free then after it's finished! |
