in Win 10 - hhhh - 2015-12-16
I just upgrade OS to Windows 10, now download and install LRT 4.4 in this website successful, but double click icon no reponse.
How can I do now?

I assume you have a 64bit Windows? You need to install the 64bit version of java. Make sure to uninstall all other java instances vie "Remove Programs", then install the latest 64bit version from the link on http://lrtimelapse.com/install
