Foldername, path or filenames un your sequence contain a comma or other non ASCII Cha - ercosali - 2016-04-14

What should I do about it? Never had this problem in my career. I have a new iMac, should I install something?
I couldn't fine a helpful thread about it.
Thank you for any help

What's the name of the folder where your timelapse is in? Obviously it contains a comma or other special char. Just rename it.
Send me the log file if you are unsure what to do, after this message popped up. You'll find the log file in the info menu.

Thank you for your reply. The folder name is pretty simple, just "shots", and it's a subfolder. Maybe is the name of all my raw files that is something like _IMG_23456.CR2?

Most likely it's one of the parent folders of "shots", the image file name is okay!

Yes it worked, I could have never guessed it was such a simple thing, the "parent folder" in which there were some commas.
Thank you very much
