Socket in the parts list - gregm - 2017-04-21 Hi, I think the following line from the parts list should have a "2." in front (as in 2.5mm)
RE: Socket in the parts list - Gunther - 2017-04-21 Yeah, you are right. Corrected. RE: Socket in the parts list - Doug - 2017-05-14 Hi Gunther and Greg: I found out that my cameral release cable requires a 3.5mm TRS socket. I am using a 10 pin Nikon cable. RE: Socket in the parts list - Gunther - 2017-05-14 Are you sure, that's quite unusual. I've got a couple of those 10 pin Nikon cables here and they are all 2.5mm on the other side. RE: Socket in the parts list - gregm - 2017-05-16 I also have a 3.5mm cable on my promote controller to the Canon 5D mk2,3,4 but the cables just from ebay are 2.5mm - I also have some 2.5 to 3.5mm converter plugs just in case so I guess you should use what you have or if room, parallel up both sockets if you have other cameras |
