1.) No, you can't - the regular keyframes cannot overwrite a 2*/3* keyframe, otherwise the holy grail wizard won't work.
2.) Of course you can go back to LR (remember to save/load in both programs) and change keyframes, then in LRT after reloading just apply the auto transition again.
