Lots of holy grail keyframes

Hi LRTimelapsers,

I have recently shot several time lapses in South Carolina. The weather is always changing here and clouds are constantly darkening my frames. As a result, LRTimelapse creates a lot of holy grail keyframes, and I'm wondering if I should apply the same holy grail technique to these, or if there is a different approach when dealing with this quantity of keyframes.

I have attached a screenshot for reference. Perhaps I am not deflickering properly - I have selected the entire image as a deflicker reference area.

Thanks in advance,

Adrian

Hi Adrian,
in this case I would recommend removing them all, or simply don't use the auto-keyframe methode for those shots. Just use the "create even spaced keyframes" if you want 2, 3 or 4 key frames or just set them manually.

You could try leveling a bit with deflicker but honestly those shots normally don't look very good in the result because brightness is changing too much...

All the best
Gunther
