I am also a professional colorist and time-lapse photographer, but I am currently encountering a serious problem with the use of LRT software, which is very, very affecting my use. , as well as promoting your products to my students. I started to buy LRT5, and purchased and upgraded LRT6 from your official website some time ago, but I found that this problem is still not solved on my computer. This serious problem is: after I open the software, I don't use the mouse to click anything, but just move the cursor on the screen. Suddenly, there are many ghosting interfaces on the LRT. I also encountered this problem occasionally on the LRT5 before, and even more so on the LRT6. frequently.

My computer host was purchased on dell's official website. It cost $6,750. The configuration can be said to be super powerful. The monitor was purchased on the official LG website and cost $1380. When using them, I use the original cables to make sure there are no problems. In addition, my LRT settings are all default and have not been touched.

Please help me to solve this serious problem, it sometimes appears and sometimes it doesn't, it really has a big impact! I can use remote software, if you can help me connect remotely.

Hi, sorry to hear about your troubles. This seems to be a high level incompatibility with Java and some specific hardware or drivers (very rare, not even a hand full of users ever reported).
There is a solution: use the alternative Launcher LRTimelapse6_noD3D.exe from C:\Program Files\LRTimelapse 6
Double click on that exe to launche LRTimelapse and the problems should go away.
You can easily create a link from that exe to your desktop or start menu.
