DNG converter not recognized.


LRTimelaps version is 6.3.0
The DNG converter version is 15.1.1

Both are up to date. The installation path is normal because it has not been modified.

Path to DNG Converter -> C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe DNG Converter\Adobe DNG Converter.exe


Why isn't the green light on the upper right?
It doesn't recognize me no matter how many times I reinstall it.

Could you please send me the log after you notice that the DNG Converter cannot be recognized?

Mask Version : 1.0 -> 2.0 I modified it.
The green color in the upper right corner has appeared.

The problem is that your windows User directory is named with Chinese characters.
This is not supported.
You'd need to change the naming of the user directory in Windows (might implicte other software) or create a new Windows user with ASCII name only. I'd recommend the latter.
I'm sorry, but that's the only way to go.

C:\Users\SomeNameWithAsciiCharactersOnly
