Not sure if this has been gone through before.  Has this been done before?  I find myself exporting the JPG's from Lightroom and then just bringing them into Final Cut to make the TL.

Is there any benefit to using LRT to render?  other than the smoothing in the pro version?

The performance is much better when working with ProRes or MP4 files in a video editor then when using image sequences.
But of course you can use the intermediary sequences from the LRTExport plugin directly in a video processor too.
