i have been testing the deflicker plugin in Davinci Resolve the last few days and i am really impressed.

Not only does it get rid of flicker in image and video sequences (like osmo pocket, ....), but also gets rid of colour shift in single frames within your sequence.
It also smoothes things over if you have for example inconsistence whitebalance or removed a filter that had a little color cast.
And the results are very good in my experience.

So if you have Davinci Resolve, give it a try.
