Let me know if your problems persist, I'm sure we'll find a way.

Sorry, no, the new sequence didnt work either...

If it helps, I can edit a shot in LR4 and see the changes in data when I reload LRT. But it still wont read the keyframes from LRT to LR4.

Interesting...
I have just removed the keyframes. I then went into the keyframe menu and asked to add evenly spaced keyframes (3). It set the keyframes, I saved, checked in LR4 and now I have 2 out of 3! Something is still not registering, but I seem to be making progress.

Just to be on the safe side - the seqence is fully contained in the Lightroom catalog? No images missing? You might try to synchronize the sequence in Lightroom just to make sure no frames are missing.

After further testing, I can now get all keyframes reading, however, after editing and following your steps precisely to reload from LR4 to LRT the editing does not follow. In LR4 I edit and save all changes in grid view, saving metadata, reload in LRT but as yet the metadata is not crossing over. This is evidenced in the data table, I'm not looking at the thumbnail previews.
To answer your question, no, the images and sequence is intact.

Thanks again for helping with this. Greatly appreciated!

I am in the exact same situation. I have followed your video, your workflow, and everything else that I can find in these forums, and the keyframes will not show up in lightroom. I have tried everything in the grid and out of it and nothing is working. Im not quite sure what else to do at this point.

Just to try sorting that out lets make a simple test.

1.)Clear all metadata for the sequence (Ctrl-o in LRTimelapse)
2.)Initialize sequence in LRTimelapse. Make sure a keyframe is set for the first image.
3.)Save.
4.)In Lightroom hit G, make sure no filter is set, then Ctrl A to select everything. Now Metadata -> Load metadata from files.

Is there a star rating on the first image now?

That did not work for me, but now Im starting to find something weird. When I run LRTimelapse with my GoPro and Cannon 7D photos, the starred keyframes works, but not when I run it with my 5D mark III... Im not quite sure why this is a problem.

And I am also running lightroom 4.3. I have downloaded LRtimlapse 2.2.1 for mac, and the new beta release, just to see if this was possibly a problem.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the quick help! I have just tried it again with more gopro and 7d footage which both work, and none of the sequences from the 5d iii do. here is the logfile.

I did a bit more testing throughout the day on a few different sequences, and finally got my 5D III sequences to work, but only after I converted them to .dng format. Is there any reason why this might be?

I just had an idea: your image names seem to have a space " " in them - that might confuse Exif Tool. Could you please try renaming them and get rid of the space character? I would bet they will work after that!
