I think I need it to be sent again. I downloaded it in my documents and followed the instructions ALMOST completely. After I downloaded in my folder in documents I did try to open it in Adobe, could not, then I saw I should not have tried to open it. Maybe I contaminated it, if so, I apologize but I want to get going with it.
I've tried to redownload it several times with no success and it does show a .LIC extension but with an adobe insignia on the file.
