This may not be a bug but since installing 3.2 when I reload of the data the check box for "sort by file name" is auto selected during import. Not a huge issue but I would like to know if there is a setting to override this.

It will only be set to sort by filename if no Date/Time information has been found.
Initialize the sequence, and if ExifTool finds the Date/Time Metadata, the column Date/Time will be filled and the sorting will switch to Date/Time sorting.

I have emailed you at lrtimelapse[at]gmail[dot]com with a link to a screen captured video to show that this is happening even when the date is present.
