Problem exporting multiple lapses

Offline

I have no clue what is causing this, maybe some assistance on here?

When I export multiple time lapses it does not put them in the correct locations, but it names them all correctly. it is incredibly frustrating to wait so long for exporting and it is all mixed up like this

Hmm this is indeed weird. I often export multiple sequences in parallel and never get the output scrambled like this.
Wich Lightroom version are you using? Which LRTExport Version?
Do you have distinct folders for the sequences?
Please delete the intermediate folders, restart Lightroom and try again.

Sorry for the delay in response. I am using Lightroom 5 and I dont know what version of LRTexport. It may be one from the beta versions of LRT3 though.

Exporting works fine when done individually, But now I can't even get the LRT3 video render to work, It throws an error (something about checking the logfile.)

Also I have noticed that LRT3 does not read and transition ALL of the effects, I could have sworn that it used to though. For instance, it doesn't read or transition any of the auto straightening and clone spot tools. I think I remember you mentioning a while back that there was a similar problem with the Noise reduction of LR5, dont know if this is a LRT3 or a LR5 issue.

Anyways, I hope that all makes sense

First please always use the latest versions. It's LRTimelapse 3.2.1 and the corresponding LRTExport addon that will be automatically installed on Windows, on Mac please install the latest LRTimelapse Addons provided in the installer.
It does not make sense to ask me for support for outdated versions (beta etc...).
