When I export to 8k h.265 I can edit the output in Premiere pro to add music and titles. If I export to 8k ProRes, premiere will not play the video or encode it.

Are there parameters I may be missing that is causing the incompatiblity? I have taken the 8k h.265, created an export preset, and only changed to ProRes to export.

Can you try quality very high and 422 sampling?
