When I do the final step after "Visual deflicker" in LRTimelapse and load the whole sequence in LR and read the XML data from files, all changes are gone! When I export, the images are without editing!

Did you double check that you are working on the same folder in LRTimelapse and Lightroom? Sometimes if you don't take care while editing, Lightroom importer goes into "Copy" mode and creates a second copy.

Hello the deflicker doesn't work for me on LRT6, not sure what's happening... I did a timelapse with holy grail and the result without deflickering is horrible

This is not logical to me: you say deflicker doesn't work and then you say that your results "without deflickering" are horrible. So why don't you use the visual deflicker?

Also: Did you set the right mask version in the LRTimelapse settings according to the Lightroom version that you use? Otherwise deflicker and holy grail won't work.
