At go to LR and render. You mention clear the filter-full seq: What is actually happening here? Also is this action -----METADATA---READ METADATA FROM FILE.?

Clear the filter means to either remove the filter in Lightroom or set the filter to "Full Sequence" in order to see all images and not only the keyframes.
Read metadata from Files (from metadata menu) will bring the LRTimelapse changes into the LR catalog.
