Color flickering during sunset ? - Video

I just put together a sunset video, and towards the end the colors in the sky keep flickering. I checked the white balance in the RAW files and they're the same.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why that might be? It's quite distracting when it flickers, like a light show in the sky.

The exposures were a couple of seconds each, so could it be natural? Or something I'm doing wrong in the camera or with processing. Any ideas at all would be a huge help! Thanks Smile

That might be because of some editings in Lightroom acting non-linear when exposure changes. For example Highlights, Shadows, Contrast etc.
You might try to load the intermediary jpg sequence (LRT_*) into LRTimelapse again and apply deflicker on that. Then render again.
