Delete Image But Not From Hard Drive

How do I remove an image from the LRT project but not remove it from the hard drive?

It's not possible. LRT will show all images in one folder. But you can of course move unwanted images to another folder.

I have accidentally deleted some pictures from LRT. is there any way to recover?

No, I don't think so, if they are not in your systems trashcan. That's why there is a warning when deleting images from LRTimelapse, I'm sorry.
