Hab mich über neue Version von QDslrDashboard V 0,16 gefreut und gehofft, dass die Probleme mit Error 70 bei Canon gelöst ist. (Nach dem Download fand ich jedoch nicht mehr den LRT-Button). Muss richtigstellen: Dies war mein Fehler da OTG falsches Programm aufrief. Teste jetzt mit 5D Mark III. Bei Erfolg werde ich dies sofort berichten.

Not sure what you mean with the LRT-Button but it is there on right side as before.
I tested on every platform with Nikon and Canon and the LRT button is on the right side after I connect to the camera.

Error 70 bei der 5D Mark III kommt auch bei der neuen Version 0,16

Did you try the new Canon method for the LRT as described in the announcement post?
Did you try to use another SD card?
What intervalometer u use? Does it do the 'half press' as described here: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-err-...7#pid19117

Only stating there is an Err 70 does not help to solve the situation. I tested with Canon 650D with more then 300 images and had no problem.
