Does anyone know if the holy grail mode in DSLR dashboard will operate in both directions? You choose either sunset or sunrise so it changes settings in the correct direction. Let’s say you were doing a Timelapse from sunrise to sunset would change settings in both directions? I’m trying to figure this out for the solar eclipse coming up in April.

There is a setting "auto direction". But personally I'd prefer to change the direction manually,, especially in such difficult situations like a solar eclipse. In such a difficult case you should closely monitor the Ramping and intervene via reference value or even manual mode if necessary.

I know that Zoltan is still fighting to get apple to list the app again.
Let's hope that the app store monopoly that Apple has gets busted soon.
As an alternative I recommend using a cheap, used Android device. Not more then 50 bucks and you have a nice dedicated controller for your timelapse and you can use your phone for other things during the shooting.
