Dust and deflickering

Offline

Hi there

I'm in the middle of cloning out some birds from a sequence of 360 images. I'd already done the deflickering back in LRT3 but it's only now that I'm getting round to sorting out the birds.

To get rid of the birds I'm using the Spot Removal tool in Lightroom.

But I think that I may have an issue with the deflickering that I did.

Is it possible to redo the deflickering without having to back and redo all the work I've just done cloning out the birds with the spot removal tool?

Thanks!!!

I'm not totally sure - please create a snapshot in LRTimelapse so that you can always come back to the last editing status.

Then try doing the deflicker again - as long as you don't apply the Auto Transition, the cloning should remain. If not, go back to the snapshot that you've saved before.

If I was to do the following, would it wipe out the Dust Removal that I have done:

1) Put images into LRT3 (yes, still using it as it serves a purpose).
2) Initialize sequence
3) Add keyframes
4) Go into Lightroom and update metadata only to the keyframes
5) Make adjustments to those keyframes
6) Take off filters and save metadata to WHOLE sequence
7) Reload data into LRT
8) Auto transition
9) Apply deflicker
10) Reload data

Would this work or screw everything up?

When you hit the auto transition button, what exactly is it doing? Why would it affect the Spot Removal?
