Error Shutter speed

Good Afternoon:
If there is a failure in some intermediate exposure photographs (over 2 steps), you can fix that by compensating the exposure with Camera Raw and then work with LRTIMELAPSE sequence?
For example, the first shots with shutter speed 1/40, then 17 shots with error (nr. 67 to 83) and then turns to the camera set to ok. As picture attached.
This sequence has a solution?
Best,

I check the video tutorials and the book, but I do not get good results. :-(

Sorry but you really messed up that one when shooting.
You could try making a first export with that setup, then export with LRTExport and load the intermediary sequence (LRT_*) into LRTImelapse again and try the deflicker workflow on that. It's explained in the EBook as well.

I do not think it's a problem of flicker.

There was a problem with the diaphragm in the shooting. It closed at f6. I do not know why. The jump is very large. Throughout the sequence I worked at f8.
