I've recently started using LRTimelapse and surprised to see there is a 3K export option but not 2K.
YouTube has 1080, 2K and 4K formats so it would be good to have a 2K option.

I have a variety of old images that are not at 3K sizing but are suitable for a 2K output so I don't want to upscale only to downscale in another program.

There is so many definitions of "2K" - see for exampe https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/2K_(Film)
personally today I think that producing in less than 4K is not really state of the art anymore.
The lower resolutions Full HD and 3K are mainly for users with slower PCs that are producing in Full HD.
Most users export and render in higher resoulutions from LRTimelapse to have room for some cropping in the video editing.

In your case you could use Original Size for Export and then also render in Source Resolution in LRT, if you want to avoid an additional scaling.
