Frame rate choice for online sales (I have to define what setting use to export clip)

Hello everybody,
first post and first question probably silly, but I hope you will help me anyway. Selling time lapse videos on sites like Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Pond5, etc. which frame rate do you prefer to use? 24p, 25p or 30p? Through those sites we sell to customers located all over the world (therefore both PAL and NTSC), which frame rate should you propose?

Thank you so much for the support

I'd suggest 30fps, it's the most common. If some client would like another framerate for a timelapse it's the easiest to just interpret the footage in any other framerate (because usually there will be no audio linked). The framerate is only a metadata in a timelapse clip.

I would also suggest 30 fps, independent of NTSC or pal. The reason being, most media these days is displayed on 60 Hz displays (computer monitors, smartphones, tablets) and only (!) 30 fps (or 60 fps, for that matter) runs without judder and stuttering. 24 fps and 25 fps don't fit evenly into 60 Hz and therefore you get stutter.

And the other reason, as Gunther mentioned, a videoclip without Audio can easily interpreted in a different framerate if necessary, so it doesn't really matter as long as it's video only.
