Hi,

I'm looking for a software to render my timelapse with a different frame rate than 24,25 or 30i/s.I mean,i have to make my duration timelapse to 90s,so i have to render my movie at 33i/s...

I don't find any software...

That's because this is not the right approach. The common framerates (25 fps, 30 fps) are not meant to be used to accelerate/deaccelerate footage. They are just the playback speed which needs to correspond to playback speeds that all output devices can handle.
If you want to speed up or slow down your clips, you can do that with any video editor. But that's independent of the output framerate.
Also I'm surprised that you write 33i/s - i means "interlaced" and is a legacy approach should not be used especially not with timelapse which is per se progressive ("full frames" as opposed to "half frames").
