Frames being deleted?

Offline
#1 2shotsphoto
This is my first time using LRTimelapse 4.6. I am trying to make a time lapse of the sunset and I have about 2,266 pictures to work with, all in RAW. I know that's a lot. I went through all the steps in the tutorial exactly as shown and the final product seems to have frames taken out.

I am also unsure as to why the frame starts to tilt halfway through the video. The camera stayed in the same position the entire time and was not moved (no wind). Could this be due to the cropping? I'll post the video here so you can see what I am talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
