When panning you should avoid using the Motion Blur Plus option in the render dialog, it's probably the cause for what you see.

It's in the LRTimelapse render dialog. Just open "File/Render Video" in LRT, there you will find it on the right side. If you preserved your intermediary sequence, then you can just chose it here now, deactivate the Motion Blur Plus and render again.
