I know the preferrable method is m and slightly change the exposure during the timelapse

But does anyone use av mode during day to night and deflickering in lrtimelapse succesfully?
Not just one time but have tried it several times.

Not just one time but have tried it several times.

I personally have had more trouble with flicker shooting in AV mode. I've had far more trouble getting rid of the flicker from AV mode than just shooting in Manual mode.
