Graduated and linear filters appear when they want.

A few days ago they appeared and I was able to edit with them, now in another timelapse it does not appear.

Excuse me Sir, but my workflow is the same and I have everything set up correctly, LR and LRTimelapse, your filters are not working properly. LRTimelapse should have this tool better configured.

It is not the first time that these events have happened, to know when the fliters will return.......

LRTimelapse always creates the same filters, there have never been any problems with those.
make sure to "Read Metadata" for the whole sequence from Grid view, if you do not import the sequence freshly. It's all explained on https://lrtimelapse.com/workflow/
Also make sure to have Lightroom display the handles for the filters. If you have activated the filter tool (M) check the toolbar (toggle with T) - set to always display the handles for the gradients.
