Have the 6.01 version, made a Holygrail timelpase the other day but somehow it´s not working out... wokflow like alsways pretty straight forward, dont understand why it´s not making the transition...

The HG-Lum-Leveling column shows no corrections, that means the Holy Grail Wizard doesn't seem to have been applied at all.
This could be an outdated version of Lightroom Classic and/or Adobe DNG Converter - please double check.

Also I find it weird that you have different crops on the first and last keyframe than on the rest. Something seems to be wrong.
After double checking the "Masks-Version" as explained in the linked faq, please give the workflow a clear restart: Remove the sequence from Lightroom and in LRTimelapse do "Metadata / Initialize".
Don't forget to apply the holy grail wizard and also use the sliders to shift the correction curve to the horizontal middle as explained in my holy grail tutorial: https://lrtimelapse.com/tutorial/basic

I have Creative Cloud, so running latest version of LR Classic, mask version was also previously set to latest version, and had DNG converter 12.x installed. I installed yesterday DNG Converter 13 and LRT stopped working, or let me explain better, since it was an ongoing problem always. When I open LRT, it always took over a minute or even more to open, I think you mentioned once that it was some windows setting that had to be changed, but I never did. But now, when it opens, it takes forever to execute any click...

Regarding the crop, that was my second try to do the holygrail, since the first one, without crop, did not work. I included a crop to see if the settings were being transfered at all. I have done some crops like this before with great results, first frame and last frame and it will make a pan, or what ever the crop difference is, smothly across the sequence.

You cannot use DNG Converter 12 along with the latest Lightroom because that DNG Converter doesn't support masks.
You need to install 13.
If LRT blocks, it's most likely something on your system like a virus scanner.
Please add C:\Program Files\LRTimelapse 6 to the whitelist of your scanner, you might also want to add the Adobe DNG Converter there. It will definitely increase speed.
Make sure to restart your computer after updating Adobe DNG Converter and making the Virus Scanner changes.
You should be good to go then.
If not, please send me the log (info menu) after you experience any issues.

It seems to me that your I: drive might be the bottleneck. If that's slow and has many folders, it might slow down everything. Is that a slow Hard-drive or Network drive? Try putting your timelapses on a fast ssd and restrict the folders to that drive/folder only then try again.

It is a Samsung EVO 860 SSD (1TB) drive and as of yesterday, restricted LRT to this drive

What exactly is the problem that you are experiencing? Initially you talked about Holy Grail Wizard not being applied. This was certainly because of an outdated DNG Converter installed.
But now, what's the problem? There are no errors in your log file.

since I installed the DNG 13, LRT does not respond, i.e. takes minutes to respond after each click... I dont understand too much about the log file, but I think you can see that it takes over 3 minutes to load (that not taking into account the time it takes to open, which takes also a while)...

It's something on your computer blocking. No one else reports such problems.
Try deactivating the virus scanner or any other programs that might be blocking and try again. I assume you already did a reboot, if not please do.
