Any specific reason, why there is no announcement and 6.2.1 does not remind me about a new version?

At least for the 2nd part of my question I found the answer on the website. But a gegeneral announcement in the forum would be great.

There is multiple channels, where I announce new LRTimelapse versions.

The only one that was broken in 6.2.x is the automatic notification in the Program itself. This will start working again with 6.3.0, see my blog post, linked below. There will now even be a beta channel for those of you who would like to get notifications about beta versions.

Everyone subscribed to the newsletter will get an email with the announcement. The newsletter is sending out as we speak. Of course, it takes a bit of time to send out all newsletters. https://lrtimelapse.com/newsletter

Three days ago, I announced it in my Instagram story: https://www.instagram.com/lrtimelapse/ and today I will even announce it on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lrtimelapse

I think there is a variety of channels, that you can use to follow up - please understand that I'm not posting to all of those at the same time.
