Brush strokes itself cannot be animated, only the developents on them.
I'd recommend to use the linear or circular masks whenever possible, where you also can animate the positions/shapes.
And Brush strokes only if you really need to, because they require lot of space in the XMP and there are limits set by adobe, that complex brush strokes will not be correctly written to XMP and therefore make the process fail.

OK, I don't want to animate the position/scale/rotation/shapes of the mask's, I just want to change the develoment values of the mask's, so before I could use only two om lrtimelapse 5 (and it did work), so I still limited to two?
