I exported my edited frames from LR and chose some parameters to render the video. I would like to try other settings (speed). The jpg exported files are in a file. How do I tll LRT to use this file to render a video ?

If you have exported the jpg into a folder you can always render the video again with different settings. You can do so in LRT under file/render video.
