Exiftool is probably not installed. Rerun the LRT3 installer for the Addons.
I'd recommend to upgrade to LRT4, the Addons are included in the main installer, you get the new and easier workflow and it will run with newer Mac OS (El Capitan). LRT3 does not work with Mac OS 10.11 (El C.)
