I'm having difficulty upgrading the firmware (Pro Timer 3.0) using my MacBook Pro. I have the uf2 file but beyond that can't figure out how to get the timer to upgrade. I figure I'm missing something basic - just received the timer today!

Nope. I did not follow the steps as described - thought I had but was half asleep when I first tried. I'll give it another shot.

As stated in https://lrtimelapse.com/lrtpt/firmware-updates/ I'm pretty sure the issue was with the cable. It took some fooling around with different configurations to connect the timer to my computer but the computer finally recognized the timer.
