I've been testing 2.0 beta 1 for OS X lately and I love it, but the pop up every time I like to set a reference area is a pain in the a** :-)

Can you consider removing it or give us a "don't show pop up" in preferences?

That's funny... ;-) You don't need to click on that button if you know, what to do!

It's only a reminder for newbies and to get the whole Workflow resembled in the toolbars.

In the settings there is an option to turn off the "workflow toolbar" - if you know exactly how to work with LRT2 you could try this - it will only give you the buttons that are necessary without mirroring the workflow.

But thanks, changing to 'Toolbar without workflow reflection' does the trick! (or not click the button at all on the workflow arrangement :-)
