I have a timelapse, ran through the usual editing- the complete set of pics shows up in lrtimelapse and lightroom. WHen I render, the process stops about 90% of the way through the sequence, and the resulting video is missing the last 10% of the pictures. I have repeated the process 4 times and always the same result. THe final pics are in LR, and if i run the preview sequence in LRtimelapse, the complete sequence is there.

Did you animate the crop of the sequence in Lightroom? Maybe unintentionally? Different crop aspect ratios might make the encoder abort. Please double check the crop columns in the LRTimelapse Table. If you see different values, right click on the column header and select "Fill down". Now click on save, and load metadata for the full sequence in Lightroom. Now export once again.

If the problem persists, please send the log after rendering (info menu / show log).
