I know some softwares allows it: Can I update it in windows and installing LRT4 in Mac Os using the same registration key for both? If not How I could solve it?[/font][/size]

Just buy the uprade. You can install the license then on both machines. The license terms allow to use a license on up to 2 machines, regardless if mac or windows.
