Varying Holy Grail Adjustment

Offline

Just wondering if LRTimelapse will accept to varying adjustments. For example start with 1/3 stop adjustments, then move to 1 stop adjustments?

Yes of course, LRTimelapse accept any adjustment. Just have to take care to stay in the dynamic range of your camera to not blow highlights.
Another thing that you should consider is leaving a couple of frames in between each adjustment due to the way the holy grail wizard currently works.

Thanks for your help Gunther!
And im assuming it can be done within the same timelapse sequence?

So say I'm doing a holy grail sunrise:
The light increase starts off slow so I adjust -1 stop every few minutes.
Can I then change to -1/3 stop to prevent blown highlights?
Will LRTimelapse detect and handle the changing adjustments?

Do people do this?

Yes of course. Technically you can even change settings back and forth, or do two adjustments at the same time for example exposure and ISO. If it makes sense is another question, but of course the HG-Wizard can deal with this.

In terms of getting the best quality, I always recommend to make the adjustments as small as possible and as even as possible.
