Saving takes an eternity

I installed the beta 13 on my laptop and office PC, on both saving takes over 3 minutes, both, after keyframe and after reloading and auto transition is done, running windows 11 on the laptop and windows 10 on the pc i think

What kind of images are those? (Raw? DNG?) What kind of drive is your E: drive?
The log shows no issues.

Those are JPG and yes, running on an external WD Elements drive (not SSD). I will check on my PC where I run on SSD...

JPGs are always really slow to write, because Adobe insists on writing/reading XMP metadata to the files itself. Also they don't have small previews embedded, that means the previews need to be scaled down from the original files.
This all in combination with a slow external drive means no joy.
If you really can't use Raw files, I'd recommend to convert those JPGs into DNG, as I explained in my Expert Tips tutorial #4 on https://lrtimelapse.com/tutorial/expert/ and work on a fast SSD.
