After running a two pass Visual Deflicker I click on the next LR folder to work on and a dialogue comes up saying the Deflicker is still in process, it has completed and does not appear to be running. I clicked “No” to continue working. Once before I had clicked “Yes” to run it in the background and it did but then showed it had run a 4 pass Deflicker, I have always run a 2 pass Deflicker. (So it added an additional 2 passes.)

It seems it wants to run additional passes when navigating from one folder to another.

You are right, I can reproduce this. Will investigate.
In the mean time just say "no" if the dialog comes!
