Assuming the images assets are the same and converted to DNG, which produces a better quality movie, one rendered from LRTL's internal render or L. Room Export and Render?

Lightroom export via LRTExport and Render in LRT will deliver better quality than the internal export and render in LRT. The JPG intermediary files from Lightroom will be less compressed, there is a TIFF option and a larger color space will be used for the intermediaries.

Converting Raw files to Dng is generally not recommended. Better work directly with the native Raw files. This will much faster and better.
