Is there a way to reset LRT export settings in the Lightroom Export module back to default?

Hmm - there are not so many settings there ;-) I fear if you really want to reset them, you'd have to reset the full Lightroom settings (google for that if you want to do it).
If you want to clear the Output-Path dropdown, just click on it, then "Delete list".
Maybe you can tell me why you want to delete the settings and which ones, then I can tell you more.

I right clicked on the export setting, "LRT (JPG, Ori)" and selected "Update with current settings" from the dropdown list. This embedded the "name of sequence" field with a particular folder name. Whenever I click on "LRT (JPG, Ori)", the field reverts back to that old "name of sequence" instead of reflecting the current folder I'm exporting.

Okay, that's not good... Just reinstall LRTimelapse to bring back the original presets.
